The stay in bed chart
This hack is for the parents who want their bed back at night! Our stay-in-bed chart has worked so well with our 3-year-old! I hope it helps you get more sleep too!
Find our printable below. Each night they sleep in their bed the entire night, they get 1 sticker! If they get 7 stickers they get a prize! Use a “Potty Pass” during the night for nighttime bathroom trips. Let them know getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night is totally fine, and they will still get a sticker!
